Refund Policy

1. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project before completion, we will refund you for the work that has not been completed. The refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed up to the cancellation point.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as domain registration or third-party service costs, may be non-refundable. This will be outlined in the agreement or project contract.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a revision process as part of our services. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we will work with you to revise the deliverable within the scope of the original project. If after revisions, you are still not satisfied, a refund may be provided, but only in the case where a reasonable effort to resolve the issue has not been successful.
4. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the final deliverable. We will review the request and communicate a decision within 5 business days.
5. Timeframe for Refunds
If a refund is issued, the payment will be processed and credited within 14 business days.
